Email signatures

The CDU brand is firmly attached to every facet of our identity, including email communications. By consistently applying the CDU email signature, style and tone of voice builds familiarity, authority and trust, and helps ensure CDU is always represented in a professional and appropriate way.

All CDU staff should use the CDU email signature for all emailing, including new, reply and forwarded messages.

Please note: don't change your email signature in any way. Don't add quotes, poems, different fonts, coloured or textured backgrounds or images. Please ensure elements of the old CDU brand are not present, such as "Change your world".
